DO FRAMES COME WITH THE ARTWORK WHEN PURCHASED?

While our collection is limited, once an item is sold out, it’s no longer available. However, we continuously update our collection with new releases, so be sure to stay tuned for the latest additions.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you want to cancel your order before it ships, please email us at info@hemyt.com right away. But please note, we may not be able to cancel it in time, as we aim to send out orders promptly.

We strive to process your refund promptly, typically within 14 days at the latest. Please be aware that we require receipt of your returned order before initiating the refund.

We only offer multiple standard dimensions that can be easily framed later.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Our return policy extends for up to 30 days from the delivery date. Upon cancellation, we will initiate the refund process within 14 days. The item being returned must reach us within 14 days from the cancellation date and in the same condition as received. All return shipping costs will be at your expense.

WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
Claims must be submitted within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We will cover all shipping and replacement expenses. Your cooperation may be necessary to confirm the accuracy of the shipping address and assist in contacting your local post office to locate the lost package.
